Jennifer has over 20 years of technology experience at three of the largest financial institutions in the world.  Jennifer is a Technology Leader with extensive experience leading technology vision, strategy, talent and initiatives for multi-billion-dollar organizations.  She is adept at change management, incubator activities, business transformation and cross-functional partnership. Jennifer maintains a high-level, strategic perspective while executing tactical projects and plans. Jennifer has successfully built, trained, supported, coached and motivated many high-performance teams.

Tom comes from a background in graphic design and interactive design before specializing in UX/UI. His current role as Team Lead, enables him to collect qualitative data by listening to users which he believe is the key to designing elegant and engaging user interfaces. His goal is to re-imagine and redefine application design with users in mind and set new standards for any solution, creating elegant interfaces will improve efficiency and have a positive impact on the daily lives of users.
